Welcome to the Awaken To Your Purpose 22 day Mindset Challenge!!!

This is self paced and Lifetime Access! Do this as many times as you want to create TRUE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE!
I am so thrilled to have you all joining in! Best advice give yourself grace during the next 22 days especially if you are new to all of these daily action steps.
I have a couple personal tips to help this challenge be a success.
#1 Set the intention of going all in on this challenge for you and the well being of you!
#2 If you aren't already getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night, organize your time and schedules so you can get restful sleep the next 22 days and go for 7-8 hours each night!
#3 Make sure you are getting enough water during the day. Everyone is a little different, go for at least 64 oz or more.
#4 Give yourself grace, if for some reason you miss a day, breathe and jump back where you left off!

Day #8 Positive Affirmations! 
Say this affirmation throughout the day! Take a deep breath inhaling for count of 4 exhaling for a count of 6. Then say the following affirmation: I FEEL LOVED.
Saying Positive Affirmations allows more positive energy to flow within you allowing negative thoughts to diminish.

Day #9 Go to bed EARLY or On Time! 
I get it trying to get ALL the things finished and we end up burning the candle at both ends🤯. This daily intentional action step today I'm challenging you to I literally fought for years, yes years. 
Coming from a place of Major Adrenal Fatigue, Major Sleep Deprivation, and Work Addiction recovery.. I have found my life change so much with getting more sleep. Everyone is a bit different however 7-8 hrs is where the majority of us find health benefits. 
You may have to work all day to achieve the early bedtime, the quicker you make the intention of quality restful sleep... your mind, body and soul connection will thank you along with your endocrine system.

Drink at least 55 oz of water! Taking intentional action to drink enough water allows your body to cleanse and detox to allow it to vibrate at a higher frequency!
